We are independent and are not linked to any one property company or developer. We only act on behalf of you, the buyer. French Agences Immobiliers (property agents) represent the interests of the seller and not the buyer. Our role is working for and representing you, the buyer.

The process of dealing directly with various French estate agents can be frustrating:

• They seldom share listings. Some do not speak English. They all represent the sellers’s interest. We represent you – the buyer.
• Purchasing property (or renting) in France presents different legalities to those in your own country and these can be clarified for you in a helpful way.
• Furthermore, English-speaking clients, however good their French, prefer to conduct the transaction in English and often needs English-speaking professionals for tax/purchase advice etc.
